01What the Service is
Waypointstalls is a directory and route-planning tool for roadside honesty box and farm gate stalls in Australia. Stall information — including stock, opening hours and pricing — is supplied by stall owners and other users, and can change without notice.
Honesty stalls are unstaffed by nature. Always verify what is available in person before making a special trip. Waypointstalls is not responsible for a stall being closed, out of stock, or otherwise different from what is shown.
02Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You can delete your account at any time in-app (Profile → Delete account) — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.
03Content you post
You are responsible for the reviews, photos, stock updates and stall listings you post (“User Content”). By posting, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you own or have the right to share any photos you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service. You must not post content that is:
- False, misleading, defamatory, or intended to harass another person or business;
- Illegal, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
- Spam, or unrelated to genuinely reviewing or describing a stall;
- In breach of someone else’s intellectual property rights.
We may remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, that breaches these terms.
04Reporting and blocking
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can act on it directly in the app:
- A review — tap the ⋯ button on that review and choose Report review.
- A stall listing — open the stall and use Report at the bottom of the page.
- A person — tap the ⋯ button on their review and choose Block. You stop seeing their content immediately, and they are not told. Manage or undo blocks under Profile → Blocked people.
We aim to review reports of objectionable content and remove violating content, or eject the responsible user, within 24 hours. You can also email haiphamcr@gmail.com.
05Listing a stall
New stall listings are reviewed before they appear publicly. You are responsible for keeping your listing’s details, photos and stock updates accurate — the Service is only useful to buyers if the information reflects reality.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to, the Service or other users’ accounts;
- Scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service without our written permission;
- Impersonate another person or business.
07Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the Service is limited to having the Service supplied to you again.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
